Figure 1 shows our machining inspection equipment, coordinate measuring machine
CMM inspection is a precision measurement technique used to measure the three-dimensional coordinate position and shape of an object. It is usually performed using a CMM or an optical measuring system. CMM can accurately measure the length, width, height, angle and other parameters of an object, and is widely used in the manufacturing industry for quality control, process optimization and product development. Through CMM, precision measurement and analysis of products can be realized to ensure that the products meet the design requirements and improve production efficiency and product quality. The development of CMM technology also promotes the digital transformation and intelligent production of manufacturing industry.
In terms of system management, our company strictly in accordance with the requirements of the IATF16949 quality management system, such as the annual calibration of equipment through the manufacturer, as shown in Figure 2, 3 this is our 2023 calibration of the certificate of conformity, internal control, we will be daily inspection of the equipment, to ensure that the equipment can be operated normally, as shown in Figure 3 for the internal daily point inspection table;
