Final inspection process as the last stage of the production process, its purpose is to set up inspection standards, the use of reasonable testing tools, so that the defective products before shipment can be intercepted in the factory, to improve product quality, to protect customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation of the company has an important role.

Working hours:

7:45am~11:15am, 12:15pm~19:45pm.

Job content:

1, the team leader in the first 5 minutes before work to organize a morning meeting, the layout of the day's production plan and the quality department to pass the client's feedback

2、According to the layout of the production plan, employees start their own product inspection

1)Inspect the product for pressure wound, bruise, shrinkage, unprocessed holes, less meat, trachoma, the bottom hole size exceeds the difference, burr, the bottom of the inner hole steps and so on.

2) Use the position degree checker to check the position degree of the product

3)Check whether the product threaded holes are qualified, leakage tapping, qualified after the point marking

4)Check whether the through-hole is qualified with through-stop gauge.

5)Check whether the square mouth of the product has pressure wound, bruise, unprocessed, thin wall of the square mouth, lack of material, burr, etc.

3、After the end of production, fill in the production record sheet.
